Short dated consume by date Dearer than High 5 caffeine gels and not better in my opinion.

Don’t take it too late otherwise you will be buzzing in the shower. A genuine lift for the end of the ride when you are whacked and concentration is waning.

Seems to have more in the satchet than the ordinary gels. No side effects, but only used a few times during a 10 miler

Ho assaggiato sia il limone che la mela. Il gusto è buono ma non buonissimo ha un retro gusto leggermente amaro ma è una questione di gusti. Per quanto riguarda il gel in se è ottimo. 40g di carboidrati e valida alternativa alla caffeina.

I tried this BETA gel on a long run, usually use the SIS gels however the consistency and taste didn’t agree with me, so will stick to just using the BETA strawberry & lime before a race and the SIS gels during.

Tastes horrible now but boy does it to the job! Used product for 18 months now. Effects last for 4-6 hours. I use half the gel at start of ride and then at half way point. Only used on super intense 2 hour rides or for 4 hour plus rides. Warning - it will keep you awake!!!
