I use these when I bonk on a bicycle ride (usually with any snacks I brought along). This stuff is not bad. They taste better than I thought theyes would.

The water bottles was OKAY,the logo coming off.the gels I need to send back the package is not the same like the ones in London So I don't think that's the original ones.

These go down very easily, being as they are isotonic they aren't super thick like some gels which require a healthy swig of something to wash them down. Will be ordering more for a gran fondo coming up.

different flavors, gives you the chance to find the one that you like the best. Since I haven't found a favorite flavor yet - getting all of them is a plus for me.
